Had a blast this week mixing the YouTube live-stream listening party & Q&A with band leader Murdock, for the New #gorillaz album #crackerisland, which involved a challenging acoustic environment & rigging for live-action #mocap performance of Murdoc, a rather wild character!

Featuring a very strategic placement of @dpa_microphones #4097 in the head-mounted face tracker (via @lectrosonics_inc) with a @sennheiser #MKH8060 for a little room ambience mixed through an @allenandheath #SQ5 desk, with a wealth of acoustic treatment built into the performance room.
