the Age of Age has ended

& that’s wrap on feature film “Age” (Forever Young)!

It’s been an incredibly challenging month of shooting, long hours that were packed full of high expectations, difficult costumes to mic, tough wides too boom, & even live music performances to capture within scenes with full earwig music playback, all while scrambling through different locations.

I was joined on this battle-ground by Pierluigi Papaiz as my 1AS boom operator, a young recordist who’s begun his journey into the world of assisting on scripted narrative. He was constantly asked to perform way beyond his experience & responded with positive enthusiasm & some scene-saving radio-micing. Much respect!
